Our Shipping Methods
We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 by FedEx, United Parcel Service, or by US Postal Service.
As we noted on the home page, not all styles shown on this site are available immediately. If we have the shoe in your size, style, and color in stock, we will ship them immediately - usually the same day. Some styles are not in stock at our store, but are available at one of the distributor warehouses and will be to our store, ready to ship to you in about 3 business days. Some style/color/size combinations are not currently in stock in the US, and must be shipped from the factory in Germany. This can take up to 6 weeks, but usually takes only about 4 weeks. We have tried to designate all of these styles '4-6 weeks' when they are displayed on this site. If there is a delay, we may be able to suggest a substitute style that would be available more quickly. If the delay is unacceptable, and we are unable to recommend a suitable substitute, we will refund your payment in full.

Our Return Policy
We understand that sometimes the color of your shoes when they arrive isn't what you thought it would be when you ordered them from the picture on the website. Or sometimes the size isn't quite right. If this turns out to be the case with your order, we will happily exchange them for the correct size/color, and we will ship the new pair to you freight free also. Or we will issue you a credit certificate for the full purchase amount for any pair returned - for any reason - unworn, in the original box. The credit can be applied to any future purchase within one year from date of return.
As stated above, if the shoes you receive from Old Pine Footwear do not fit, or are unacceptable for some other reason, we prefer to issue you a credit certificate toward a future purchase. However, if your circumstances necessitate a refund, we will refund your purchase price, but will deduct $10.00 to defray our shipping costs. We feel that this is a reasonable measure, which helps discourage those people who order several pairs of shoes just to 'try them on', because of free shipping.
